• The details you type into your message — for example, your bird's species, the dates you need boarding, and any special care notes

That's it. We don't require you to create an account, and we don't ask for payment details through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your boarding or grooming inquiry — replying to your message, answering questions, preparing a custom quote, and arranging the details of your bird's stay. We do not use it to send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked us to keep you posted.

We Never Sell Your Information

The only people who see your message are the members of our small team who handle bookings and care for the birds. We may rely on trusted service providers (such as our website host and email provider) to deliver your message to us, and they are only permitted to use it to provide that service.

How Long We Keep It

We hold on to your inquiry only as long as we need it. If your message doesn't lead to a booking, we delete it once the conversation has clearly wrapped up. If you do board your bird with us, we keep your care notes and contact details for the duration of the stay and a reasonable period afterward, so we have your bird's history on hand if you book again. After that, we remove it.

Our website uses basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are helpful. This is anonymous, aggregate information about site traffic — it is not tied to your name or your contact form submission, and we don't use it to track you across other websites.
